UTM Bridge - Shopify App

By installing, accessing, or using UTM Bridge (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.
UTM Bridge is a Shopify application that provides marketing attribution for online stores. The App captures UTM campaign parameters from visitor sessions and associates them with completed orders, enabling you to understand which marketing campaigns drive sales.
UTM Bridge integrates with third-party marketing platforms (such as HubSpot) that you choose to connect. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
To use UTM Bridge, you must have an active Shopify store and a valid Shopify account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App.
All billing for UTM Bridge is managed through the Shopify Billing API. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges. By approving a charge, you authorize Shopify to bill you according to the selected plan.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by UTM Bridge and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
You retain ownership of all data you provide through your Shopify store. We claim no ownership over your store data or customer information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTM Bridge and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, your configuration and attribution data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
